Colleagues, how do you manage the risks of supplier irreplaceability? We want to categorize our database: identify critical partners, find backups for them, and manage this entire risk matrix in one place. Right now, it's all in the employees' heads. Are there any convenient SRM systems that help segment the supplier base and track their status (active, blocked, under review)?

This helps them quickly identify risk areas where the company is dependent on a single contractor and promptly add alternative backup suppliers to the system.
